FLIGHTGAINS is a conceptual digital artwork exploring digital real estate, mobility, and value attribution. The work exists as an intangible web entity at flightgains.com, and examines the tension between physical displacement and digital permanence.

The work is intangible, and so is the certificate. There is no physical object.
WHAT A SUPPORTER SHARE IS
A Supporter Share is a numbered artwork edition, sold as a work of art.
It confers no ownership of flightgains.com, of the domain registration, of the source code, or of the Master Work. It carries no economic rights, no share of any future sale proceeds, no control or voting rights, and no claim against the artist or against any entity.
Shares are numbered in order of purchase and recorded in the edition register held by the artist. The edition closes at one hundred. No further shares will be issued.
MASTER WORK — EDITION 1/1
The Master Work comprises full ownership of flightgains.com, transfer of the domain and DNS control, the source code, and the unique Master Certificate.
It is held in the artist's archive and is not currently available for acquisition. It will be released at the artist's discretion.
TERMS OF SALE

Price and VAT. €100 EUR. The seller is not liable for VAT.
Delivery. The Certificate of Authenticity is delivered as a PDF by email to the address given at checkout, within five working days of payment.
Right of withdrawal. Under EU consumer law you have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because the certificate is digital content delivered before that period ends, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that this consent ends your right of withdrawal.
Nature of the purchase. A Supporter Share is an artwork edition and is not an investment, a security, a financial instrument, or a claim of any kind. No return, resale value, appreciation, or future benefit is offered or implied.
Transfer. Shares may be resold or gifted privately. The artist maintains the edition register and will record a change of holder on written request to jr@johnnyramstedt.com.
Continuity. The artist gives no undertaking as to how long flightgains.com will remain online or in its present form.
Governing law. Finnish law applies. Helsinki courts have jurisdiction.
